(4)
Installation, integration (programming, calibration, etc.) and ready-to-use handover of delivered new audiovisual media technology devices as well as any new components from Crestron into KfW's existing media technology infrastructure, including handing over the associated documentation.
(5)
On a case-by-case basis, testing, maintenance and, if necessary, repairs of the media technology devices already available at KfW as well as the newly delivered media technology devices and any Crestron components.
(6)
Conversion or modernization of media technology devices and Crestron components already existing on KfW premises (planning and implementation).
(7)
Project coordination and coordination with other trades associated with the aforementioned installation, maintenance and modernization activities as well as technology-related advice. Both in close cooperation with those involved at KfW - in particular from IT, construction and building management as well as the specialist departments and the external specialist planning office hmpartner, Düsseldorf.
Individual orders can include one or more of the above-mentioned services and include both individual components and complex systems.
KfW uses an MMS system from Crestron to control, image and sound transmission, monitor and support its audiovisual devices. Therefore, if the contractor delivers new MMS components for audiovisual devices, he must only use the products from the manufacturer Crestron specified in the service description and new audiovisual devices supplied by the contractor must also be compatible with Crestron's MMS system. UHF microphone systems must be able to be integrated into KfW's frequency management and interchangeable (between rooms or buildings) for operational safety.

The maximum order volume of all individual orders for the above-mentioned services, which are commissioned on the basis of the advertised framework agreement, is €6,500,000 excluding sales tax.
