Audiovisual media technology At its three locations in Frankfurt a M Berlin and Bonn KfW would like to re-equip parts of its premises with media technology or modernize existing media technology The contractor hereinafter AN works for KfW on the basis of a framework agreement The subject of the framework agreement is the following services If KfW commissions this it will award a corresponding individual order to the contractor during the term of the framework agreement who is then obliged to carry out the ordered service 1 Sales and delivery of new audiovisual equipment in particular displays projectors and or LED screens 2 Sales and delivery of new audio equipment in particular radio microphones mixers loudspeakers and audio signal technology 3 Sale and delivery of the hardware and software components from the manufacturer Crestron specified in the service description for the control image and sound transmission monitoring and support of the audiovisual media technology devices specified in section 1 4 Installation integration programming calibration etc and ready-to-use handover of delivered new audiovisual media technology devices as well as any new components from Crestron into KfW s existing media technology infrastructure including handing over the associated documentation 5 On a case-by-case basis testing maintenance and if necessary repairs of the media technology devices already available at KfW as well as the newly delivered media technology devices and any Crestron components 6 Conversion or modernization of media technology devices and Crestron components already existing on KfW premises planning and implementation 7 Project coordination and coordination with other trades associated with the aforementioned installation maintenance and modernization activities as well as technology-related advice Both in close cooperation with those involved at KfW - in particular from IT construction and building management as well as the specialist departments and the external specialist planning office hmpartner D sseldorf Individual orders can include one or more of the above-mentioned services and include both individual components and complex systems KfW uses an MMS system from Crestron to control image and sound transmission monitor and support its audiovisual devices Therefore if the contractor delivers new MMS components for audiovisual devices he must only use the products from the manufacturer Crestron specified in the service description and new audiovisual devices supplied by the contractor must also be compatible with Crestron s MMS system UHF microphone systems must be able to be integrated into KfW s frequency management and interchangeable between rooms or buildings for operational safety Further details about the service owed can be found in the service description The maximum order volume of all individual orders for the above-mentioned services which are commissioned on the basis of the advertised framework agreement is 6 500 000 excluding sales tax This value represents a binding upper limit KfW estimates that it will award individual orders totaling 4 510 000 net Wie sich Obergrenze und gesch tzter Bedarf jeweils im Detail auf die Leistungen 1 bis 7 auf die Vertragsjahre der Rahmenvereinbarung sowie auf die verschiedenen Standorte der KfW genau verteilen l sst sich nicht vorab antizipieren Neither the specified maximum order volume nor the communicated estimated requirements constitute an obligation for KfW to purchase The contractor is neither entitled to the KfW actually making full use of the upper limit nor can he demand that the KfW entrust him with services from the framework agreement to a certain minimum extent
