The State Building Office Weilheim in Germany from Europe region had released this tender for Back glass painting Castle property Linderhof Moorish kiosk repair of roof and facades Here restoration back glass painting The so -called Moorish kiosk is repaired in the Schlosspark Linderhof of Linderhof Castle The property is the oldest still existing trade fair construction 1867 The Moorish kiosk crowned with corner tower and a medium dome at a height of 12 m On the outside the facade is covered with around 2 000 ornamented bronze zinc and iron casting plates which are complex and gilded The exedra is a supplement that was only added to the construction in Linderhof in 1876 The aim of the current work is the basic restoration of all elements of the outer skin and the constructive components Damage is to be remedied the statics are upgraded and the surface is rebuilt The existing frame structure contains lead -mint and lead white In addition preventive measures to protect the building are to be integrated into the work The renovation takes place roughly in four sections with an annual processing of one facade in the north west and east The southern entrance facade takes a little longer due to special processing on site During the work there is a rhythm due to the disassembly of the facade panels in autumn its processing in the workshop of the commissioned restorers and the subsequent remontage in the summer of the following year The two -year restoration of the roof areas is carried out by half a year and in parallel under a temporary weather protection structure as well as the renovation of the staircase and the damaged retaining wall with tender notice no. 25-017234 published on 22 May 2025.
