The SBH | Schulbau Hamburg in Germany from Europe region has released this tender for SBH | Schulbau Hamburg has the task as a state enterprise of the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg (hereinafter referred to as SBH) to plan, build, maintain, and manage the school properties in accordance with economic principles while taking into account educational considerations, and to lease more than 400 schools to the School and Vocational Training Authority (BSB). --------------- The existing school site of Max Traeger Elementary School comprises a building stock of 6 buildings of different building classes, including existing mobile classroom facilities. The latter will remain in operation until the completion of the Hamburg School Building. The site has a total area of approximately 22,850 m². For the school, an expansion to 3.5 meters is planned. On the site, the following new construction measures are planned: 1) Expansion of the Hamburg School Building (modeled after the Hamburg Classroom Building) and 2) Expansion of the Gymnasium Hall. For both expansion measures, the separately prepared and provided functional performance descriptions (FLB) with annexes apply. The realization of both expansion measures will be carried out exclusively by a general contractor who is engaged for both expansion measures, delivers the performance phases 5-8 according to HOAI, and completes the buildings as turnkey, while strictly adhering to the separately prepared functional performance descriptions for the Hamburg School Building and the Gymnasium Hall. The three-story Hamburg School Building in the northwest corner of the site creates a new canteen with a kitchen area in the ground floor, including auxiliary rooms such as a technical room, sanitary facilities, a barrier-free toilet, cleaning supplies room, and an elevator. In the two upper floors, areas for 8 class groups are created, divided into 2x4 home groups with subsequent open learning areas and 2x2 differentiation rooms, including auxiliary rooms (sanitary facilities, cleaning supplies room, technical, elevator). The single-story Gymnasium Hall in the most northwest corner of the site creates a hall area of approximately 206.00 m² with attached equipment room, student changing rooms, teacher changing room with shower and toilet, an oversight room, a barrier-free toilet with shower, a cleaning supplies room, and a technical room.
