The contractor is required to connect to the transfer points (utilities/utilities) defined in the site plan on the construction site. The cost estimate can be based on a preliminary plan and a functional specification provided to the bidder in the second phase. The project schedule therefore anticipates the construction of the two halls in two phases. The construction of the new simulation building, the dismantling of the existing halls, and the preparation of the construction sites are outside the contractor's area of responsibility, but must be considered as dependencies in the schedule.
