Blb nrw z nl aachen technical building management tgm 100-26-00003 lot 3 ventilation here regional lot 3 1 The tender for the technical building management service in the BLB NRW Aachen branch is divided into 11 specialist lots Subject lot 3 air conditioning ventilation is divided into further regional lots Two price components are available for the regional lot 3 1 advertised here Properties marked specifically in the property directory TFM are managed by an FM service provider different service provision must be taken into account here see Appendix 1 to the VB TGM service description - First price component PK1 - Maintenance inspection expert testing and testing by qualified persons in accordance with Appendix 1 to VB TGM service description as a single price per piece of equipment in accordance with the list of services The offer is prepared on the basis of Section 4 EU Paragraph 3 VOB A offer procedure The offer price for price component 1 must be entered in the offer form offer TGM under point 2 net - Second price component PK2 - Elimination of emergencies and incidents as well as repair services up to EUR 30 000 in individual cases on the basis of individual orders based on the conditions described in Appendix 1 to the VB TGM service description The offer is created on the basis of Section 4 EU Paragraph 3 VOB A up and down bidding procedure as well as the specified hourly rates material costs and surcharges The offer data for price component 2 must be entered in the offer form TGM offer under points 2 1 2 2 2 3 and 2 4 The estimated annual target values of the performance areas are communicated in detail in the TGM EU call Individual services for emergency and incident clearance as well as planned repairs and improvements are ordered separately on a case-by-case basis but up to a maximum total of EUR 771 582 00 net An individual order that would lead to this maximum value being exceeded will not be placed When the maximum value is reached the contractor s obligation to provide services relating to emergency and incident clearance as well as planned repairs and improvements expires The basis is the up or down bids specified in the offer in relation to the standard service books StLB specified there as well as hourly billing rates and material cost surcharges Offers for fewer price components than required are considered incomplete and will be excluded from the evaluation The contract for technical building management begins on November 1st 2026 The services must be provided from December 1st 2026 to November 30th 2028 The contract ends on November 30 2028
