The NA in Germany from Europe region had released this tender for Booth The BA takes part in approx 310 to 420 trade fairs as an exhibitor every year Depending on the size of the event and target group these trade fairs can be assumed from different sizes The duration of the trade fairs can be from 1 day to 10 days The following stand types are requested from the AN - Stand type A 6 m 9 m 12 m 15 m 20 m 25 m 30m - Stand type B 40 m 50 m 60 m 80 m In the case of trade fairs that need a larger stand the AG demands individual stands For this purpose individual and common votes between An and AG will take place at the latest 8 weeks before the start of the event The required material exhibition stands and design elements as well as the described and required equipment design in the corporate design of the Federal Employment Agency - Appendix 7 must be newly produced for the AG and made available for rental The standard elements offered to the AG requirements are designed in the Corporate Design of the BA An additional supplement or individual adjustment of the design graphic is possible for the individual calls e g due to the participation of a cooperation partner of the BA The AN provides the exhibition stands on call during the contract term The AG pays the possibility of use including delivery professional assembly and dismantling and collection for the respective specific order access rent The concept sovereignty for the design of the exhibition stands in the corporate design of the BA is at the AG during the contract term with tender notice no. 13-25-00110 published on 08 Jul 2025.
