The scope of the project will be developed based on a comprehensive review of legal requirements, technical feasibility, historic preservation regulations, maximum energy efficiency, and project funds. The extent to which additional optimizations regarding climate and species protection can be considered will also be examined during the planning process. Existing floor space to be considered: approx. 9,000 m² gross floor area / approx. 6,000 m² net usable floor area. Implementation period for all measures: 2027–2032.
