Both physical and virtual stops must be served. Additional services pursuant to Section 44 of the PBefG may also be added during the term of the public transport service agreement (ÖDA). Based on current planning, the total passenger transport services to be awarded amount to approximately 3,036 operating hours during the contract period. In connection with the provision and management of the passenger transport services, the ÖDA will obligate the operator to fulfill sales and marketing tasks. Changes may specifically relate to: the size and extent of the service area and stops, service hours, fare offerings, and vehicle and other quality standards. The volume of traffic covered by the public transport data (PWD) may decrease or increase. Changes may take effect at the start of the PWDs term.
