If participation is withdrawn, all documents must be immediately destroyed in accordance with data protection regulations. The documents to be submitted are derived from the documents 'Cover letter' and 'Explanation of contract terms' deposited in the project space. Communication, including the submission of participation documents, takes place electronically via the procurement portal DTVP; details thereof are to be found in the previously mentioned documents. Any discrepancies in the tender notice are due to technical reasons and do not constitute binding obligations. Participation applications can be submitted for the first time until November 4, 2026. All further submission deadlines are to be found in the attached document 'Submission deadlines' in the project space. If the submission deadline falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or nationwide public holiday, the next working day is substituted. Late submissions will be considered for the next submission deadline. The discount agreement expires, regardless of the contract signing date, no later than November 30, 2027. The contracting authority reserves the right to terminate the Open-House procedure prematurely, in particular in the case of exclusive discount agreements; in such cases, the already concluded discount agreements will terminate according to contractual provisions.
