Consulting services external project management joint network to cope with the consequences of the structural change-action room torgauer elb-heide-land The municipalities of Arzberg Beilrode Belgern-Schildau Dommitzsch Dreiheide Elsnig Mockrehna Torgau and Trossin together form the grown interweaving area of Torgauer Elb-Heide-Land and moreover are among themselves in the immediate vicinity between the Elbe in the east and the northwestern end of the Dahlener Heide Due to the tight spatial interdependency it was found that the attractiveness of rural areas for residents can only be secured by targeted cooperation Therefore in the context of an inter -municipal cooperation strategy it was planned to bundle the activities and thus effectively counter the structural change In this respect structural deficits that are subject to the position are to be reduced and existing potential is to be used better to secure the region for the future Against the background described the municipalities involved were collaborated in 2023 under the title Action Area Torgauer Elb-Heide-Land Since then all inter -municipal efforts in the region of these municipalities have been summarized and advanced Among other things the municipalities have agreed on the establishment of a regional cooperation network within the meaning of the funding directive of the Saxon State Ministry of the Interior to promote regional development In the future the municipalities want to support each other more in realizing projects that should benefit the region and the upcoming structural change The cooperation agreement was signed in September 2023 based on the legitimation of the respective city and municipal councils of all the municipalities involved and also stipulates among other things that the city of Belgern-Schildau as managing municipality and therefore as an applicant or grant recipient for the strong application underlying here The aforementioned documents therefore the grant and the cooperation agreement are up to the tender The present tender is intended to award the consulting services external project management structural change to a suitable expert bidder who can meet the services described in more detail below The client has already used the support of a corresponding service provider in connection with the application to the funding provider This is the DSK Deutsche Stadt- und Landp ckentwicklungsgesellschaft mbH from Leipzig The documents created are manifested by the grant and the previous application
