Consulting services - further support services in the emergency service transformation program - in particular pmo overall program project management and support The contractor supports the Association of Statutory Health Insurance Physicians hereinafter KVNO or client in the following core topics 1 Support in the set-up PMO to control all projects in the context of the emergency service reform The overarching program governance has already been defined by the KVNO The management of the PMO is provided by the KVNO The contractor should take on the following tasks a Support of the higher-level PMO to anchor all projects as part of the emergency service reform under central control b Implementation of specifications and structures for the project management with regard to uniform regular reporting to the board and management c Taking on coordination tasks and consolidating work results to ensure central control d Provide technical support to project management where necessary e Implementation of suitable measures to introduce controlling for the overall transformation 2 Support for the implementation of phase 1 of the digital health control system based on the project content presented in the service description section 2 2 as well as support in the preparation of phases 2 and 3 a Provision of supporting project resources to support internal project management preparation and follow-up of documents for workshops regular meetings etc support in recording specialist requirements and general project work b Provision of a product manager with dedicated technical know-how to support the implementation of phase 1 in close coordination with the project management and the external service provider as well as conception of product management structures in the emergency service area for several IT products Support in preparing the technical content of the subsequent phases 3 Support Go-live Hypercare driving service reform based on the project content presented in the tender documents a Operational preparation and support for the go-live b Evaluation of the process of the first go-live phase of the pilot regions and if necessary deriving necessary adjustments c Processing of project results and decision templates as part of regular reporting d Support in the preparation of documents for committee work committees representative meetings etc negotiations with health insurance companies and for communication purposes e g district offices e General support of the project management 4 Support the redesign and scaling of video consultations a Conception of the described project content to develop a sustainable overall concept for the video consultation b Development of the concept for implementing video consultations as a comprehensive filter in the context of driving services c Provision of a dedicated project manager to develop the overall concept The client reserves the right to request further consulting and support services from the contractor under the agreed conditions which only become relevant as the project progresses Details on the service content can be found in the tender documents
