Consulting services project coordination for the project natural climate protection ank in the torgauer elbe-heideland model project tabs The municipalities of Torgau Arzberg and Belgern-Schildau together form a significant part of the grown interweaving area of Torgauer Elbe-Heideland and moreover are among themselves in the immediate vicinity between the Elbe in the east and the northwestern end of the Dahlener Heide Due to the tight spatial interdependency it was found that the attractiveness of rural areas for the residents can only be secured by targeted cooperation also in relation to natural climate protection Therefore as part of an inter-municipal cooperation strategy between the municipalities of the Torgau Elbe-Heideland namely Torgau Arzberg and Belgern-Schildau it was planned to bundle the activities for natural climate protection and thus significantly increase the effectiveness and intensity of the measures in this regard As a field of action the Ank Tabs project is intended to provide natural climate protection on settlement and traffic areas the natural water balance with lively rivers lakes and floodplains and healthy soils These fields of action are represented by the individual projects Torgauer Teiche Arzberger actor network the biotope network and city green in Belgern-Schildau which are described in more detail below Against the background of the spatial interference the municipalities involved were collected in 2023 under the title Action Area Torgauer Elbe-Heideland Since then all inter -municipal efforts in the region of these and other municipalities have been summarized and advanced on different topics and also to natural climate protection Among other things the municipalities have also agreed on the establishment of a regional cooperation network within the meaning of the funding directive of the Saxon State Ministry of the Interior to promote regional development On the basis of this existing cooperation the municipalities involved here have also come together for the Ank Tabs project in question-natural climate protection in the Torgauer Elbe-Heideland-municipalities Torgau Arzberg and Belgger-Schildau The city of Belgern-Schildau has the lead for this tender The grant notices for each of the municipalities involved are due to the tender The present tender is intended to award the consulting services project coordination for the project Natural Climate Protection ANK in the Torgauer Elbe-Heideland Model project tabs for the municipalities of Torgau Arzberg and Belgern-Schildau to a suitable expert bidder that can meet the services described below The participating municipalities of Arzberg and Belgern-Schildau are also members of the Torgau-Schatz e V who in turn is a member of the DVL Landes Association Saxony The landscape maintenance association Torgau-Schatz e V was founded in 1996 with the aim of preserving the regional cultural landscape as a habitat of a species-rich flora and fauna as well as the natural basis of life of the people who live here The projects presented here were together with the municipalities of Torgau Arzberg and Belgern-Schildau as well as the landscape maintenance association Torgau-Schatz e V initiated and the landscape maintenance association Torgau-Schatz e V was instrumental in applying for the funding of the funding guidelines for natural climate protection in municipal areas in rural areas BMUKN The documents created are represented by the grant notification and the documents located in the rest of the tender
