COSMOS – Repair and modification services for DC offshore grid systems of TenneT TSO GmbH

The TenneT TSO GmbH in Germany from Europe region has released this tender for COSMOS: Combined Offshore Maintenance and Operation Services. The scope of services for this tender includes information on "Repair and modification services for DC offshore grid installations of TenneT TSO GmbH." The scope of services encompasses the provision of process engineering repair and modification services for the client's installations, systems, and components. Under this agreement, the contractor will be commissioned to provide the aforementioned services through a mini-competition process based on individual call-offs. The client reserves the right to replace the mini-competition process with auctions during the contract period. Contract duration: March 1, 2028 - February 29, 2032, with two extension options of 24 months each. Evaluation criteria: - Price: 50% - Commercial contract clauses (penalties): 10% - Concept for service delivery: 40% (75% capacity/technical solution & 25% HSE). Number of bidders to be negotiated: Seven. Award to the mini-competition procedure: maximum five bidders.
