The TenneT TSO GmbH in Germany from Europe region has released this tender for The subject of this tender is inspection, maintenance, and support services for offshore converter platforms in the German Exclusive Economic Zone (EEZ). The scope of services comprises the following lots: Lot 1 – Structural inspections according to BSH standards; Lot 2 – Steel construction and corrosion protection; Lot 3 – Scaffolding. Contract duration: March 1, 2028 – February 28, 2033, with one (1) extension option for 36 months. Evaluation criteria: - Price: 50% - Commercial contract clauses (penalties): 10% - Concept for service delivery: 40% (75% capacity/technical solution & 5% HSE). Number of bidders to be negotiated (if applicable, per lot): five (5). A non-disclosure agreement (NDA) shall be concluded to protect the confidentiality of the contracting authoritys information contained in the tender documents.
