Creation of a natura 2000 management plan for the ffh area landgraben-dumme-niederung north of salzwedel ffh0001lsa and the bird sanctuary landgraben-dumme-niederung spa0008lsa As part of the contract a common management plan MMP must be drawn up for the two Natura 2000 areas mentioned above The FFH area and the bird sanctuary SPA are not identical in area but overlap almost completely The SPA is a little smaller No separate bird mapping needs to be carried out as part of the SPA processing because current recording data is available that should be used when creating the plan 1 Services at the stated fixed price in accordance with point 6 basic services The Guidelines for the creation of management plans for Natura 2000 areas in Saxony-Anhalt FFH areas as of 2025 must be adhered to adapted to the areas to be processed The following tasks must be carried out for all FFH habitat types FFH-LRT species according to Annex II of the FFH Directive FFH-RL breeding bird species according to Annex I of the Bird Protection Directive VS-RL and resting bird species according to Art 4 2 VS-RL Description of the area and presentation of the planning principles Description and cartographic representation of the current status of the Natura 2000 protected assets in the FFH area FFH0001LSA FFH-LRT species according to Annex II FFH-RL as a result of the commissioned mapping Description and cartographic representation of the current status of the Natura 2000 protected assets of the SPA0008LSA bird species according to Annex I and Art 4 2 of the VS-RL by adopting the bird data from 2025 The evaluated territory data is available digitally as a shapefile file and as an Excel file as well as an associated mapping report Development of the area-specific action plan in accordance with the technical need for action to be determined as well as by comparison with legal requirements and consideration of existing uses and usage claims preparation in text and table form as well as cartographic representation Determination and description of the remaining potential for conflict The report parts the measure tables and the cartographic representation are created in accordance with the Guidelines for the creation of management plans for Natura 2000 areas in Saxony-Anhalt FFH areas draft as of 2025 Processing of the nature conservation planning must begin immediately after the contract has been awarded Mapping work must begin as early as possible taking into account the technical requirements and weather conditions Mapping work on private forestry areas should not begin until after the kick-off event If necessary the contractor must schedule up to six discussion meetings with the client as part of the basic services in particular to coordinate mapping and assessment results and recommended measures 2 Freely calculable services special services The mapping services advertised are limited to the recording of FFH habitat types of Annex I and species of Annex II of the FFH-RL as well as legally protected biotopes and must be carried out on the basis of the mapping instructions mentioned under point 4 The mapping of the SPA s protected assets is not part of the order current data is available for this Detailed information can be found in the service description Appendix 02a and appendices
