The Federal Office for Family and Civil Society Tasks in Germany from Europe region had released this tender for Creation of a study to determine the needs of sponsorship and mentoring projects at the transition from school to work or training The Federal Office for Family and Civil Society BAfZA intends to use a public tender in accordance with Section 8 1 and 2 i V M 9 UVGO to draw the creation of a study to determine the needs of sponsorship and mentoring projects at the transition from school to work or training The Action Growing together AZW was founded in 2008 to accompany and support children and adolescents with a migration background on their educational path from pre- and primary school age to the transition from school to work or training This is achieved by the support of projects and initiatives that work in the area of sponsorship and mentoring Instead of direct financial support for the projects the AZW supports the organization of specialist events its own website and other service offers such as the provision of publications and the operation of the service phone The task has been performed in Bafza since 2011 In the course of the 17th anniversary of the federal program the needs of the projects in the area of sponsorship and mentoring have changed for children and young adults It was also found that a generation change in the area of project management and workers has taken place as part of the COVID 19 pandemic One basis for the work of the AZW is the digital project database which contains the contact details and focus of 750 projects The information listed in the database is updated regularly and can be used by interested parties projects and civil society actors on the AZW website www aktion-s-wachsen de However the data collected there do not provide information on the actual needs and whether the new developments in the area of sponsorships and mentoring e g digital mentoring have a direct or indirect flying on the project work or to what extent these may be implemented in the projects With the help of the study the current needs of the above Projects and initative are specified so that the AZW can adapt its support offers for the projects In 2008 an overall overview of the projects working in the area of sponsorship and mentoring was created which is the basis for creating the project database of the AZW The publication of the results on the AZW website and for those interested is planned For more information on the award procedure please refer to the attached tender documents with tender notice no.
