The State capital Hanover - Department of Human Resources and Organization in Germany from Europe region had released this tender for Delivery and installation of electro-acoustic emergency warning systems Delivery and installation of electro-acoustic emergency warning systems in the main building primary building and sports hall of IGS Roderbruch at Rotekreuzstrasse 23 30627 Hanover The handover of the work and assembly planning for all three headquarters must take place by May 20 2026 Main building Completion of the assembly work of the ELA headquarters by August 6th 2026 Commissioning will take place after completion of the preliminary construction work cable installation by August 10 2026 There is an old electro-acoustic emergency warning system in the main building This system is completely dependent The entire system including the cable network will be renewed as follows A new electro-acoustic emergency warning system will be installed in a newly created operating room The entire primary and secondary cable network will be rebuilt by an electrical installation contractor After completion this cable network will be taken over by the emergency warning system contractor All peripheral equipment loudspeakers microphone stations will be replaced Once the new system has been put into operation the old existing system will be dismantled The focus of this title is on the delivery and ready-to-use assembly of 2 pieces of 19 rotating frame cabinets with metal front doors the delivery of 7 pieces of system routers 8 pieces of system amplifiers and 2 pieces of microprocessor-controlled battery chargers Furthermore different types of loudspeakers with a total of 554 pieces are to be delivered Primary building Completion of the assembly work for the ELA headquarters by July 14 2026 Commissioning will take place after completion of the preliminary construction work cable installation by August 10 2026 The same situation can be observed in the primary building as in the main building The entire electro-acoustic emergency warning system will also be replaced here The focus of this title is on the delivery and ready-to-use assembly of 2 pieces of 19 rotating frame cabinets with metal front doors the delivery of 5 pieces of system routers 7 pieces of system amplifiers and 2 pieces of microprocessor-controlled battery chargers Furthermore different types of loudspeakers with a total of 334 pieces are to be delivered Sports hall Completion of the assembly work for the ELA headquarters by August 6th 2026 ELA commissioning by August 10 2026 In the sports hall the peripheral equipment and the entire pipe network have already been completely replaced All you have to do is replace the old existing control center and integrate it into the existing existing installation The focus of this title is on the delivery and ready-to-use assembly of 2 pieces of 19 rotating frame rack cabinets with metal front doors the delivery of 3 pieces of system routers 5 pieces of system amplifiers and a 1 piece of microprocessor-controlled battery charger Furthermore 9 pieces of pressure chamber loudspeakers 15 watts 100 volts are to be delivered with tender notice no. 18-0046-26 published on 15 Dec 2025.
