Delivery of 5 rescue transport vehicles rtw for assembly and expansion with swap body system a Five identical basic vehicles with the structure and expansion as type C ambulances will be put out to public tender in accordance with the current DIN standards DIN EN 1789 DIN 13500 and DIN 1865-5 The chassis swap body and equipment are identical for all vehicles The swap body modules must be designed for at least 2 chassis changes - each after approx 7 years It must be possible to transfer the swap body modules to an identical chassis and a similar chassis e g chassis of a newer design generation with new connection points receiving points for the swap body In addition the vehicles must be prepared for use in teleemergency medical operations b The valid EC guidelines for EMC electromagnetic compatibility of electrical and electronic equipment must be adhered to if they apply to assemblies components and the entire product c At the time of delivery the vehicles must comply with the StVZO DIN EN 1789 DIN EN 55025 DIN EN 60601 and other recognized technical regulations as well as the ECE regulations valid under national law the accident prevention regulations and other legal provisions d The vehicles must be handed over to the client with a full tank e All necessary documents acceptance protocols and technical documentation must be available for acceptance by the client They must be handed over to the client A handover inspection will be carried out upon handover An acceptance report is created for each vehicle f Any necessary special permits must be communicated to the client and must be obtained by the bidder at his expense and presented in German g The client must be provided with all relevant documents for an operating license and transfer of the vehicles to the place of use h The client must be provided with offers regarding service customer service upon request i The manufacturer assumes the full warranty in accordance with the legal provisions of the Federal Republic of Germany for at least 12 months from acceptance and furthermore in accordance with the contractual agreement j The offer prices are fixed prices for the execution period and must include all additional costs k Unless there is further specification about the service in the service list the requested scope of services general scope of calculation always includes the delivery laying assembly and connection of all of the named assemblies devices positions objects etc until they are ready for operation and fully functional including all ancillary services as well as the necessary fastening and connection materials including the costs for commissioning adaptation and handover l The client reserves the right to waive positions marked as optional after the order has been placed or to waive individual advertised positions m Liability for defects for the basic vehicle the special equipment the special extensions and all supplied devices begins with the acceptance of the vehicles by the client see under e n Batteries required to operate devices must be provided o The contractor undertakes to instruct a previously agreed group of the client s people in the construction handling and maintenance of the vehicle and the installations including the medical technology p The handover must take place at the client s location Handover at the location of the bidder s production facility within the Federal Republic of Germany is permitted if the costs for the transfer do not apply
