Delivery of measurement technology with associated operating and evaluation software for detecting deformation and strain on components and structures The existing measurement equipment at the testing facility VTE is to be expanded to include measurement technology for detecting deformation and strain The scope of VTE s services includes on the one hand the implementation and metrological support of material and component loading tests with various universal testing machines and on several clamping fields using hydraulic loading technology at various locations of the Bauhaus University On the other hand the VTE provides metrological support for short- and long-term monitoring campaigns as well as load tests on various types of structures throughout the Federal Republic of Germany as part of research projects and third-party funded contracts The measuring systems used must therefore meet high standards of universal applicability mobility flexibility modular expandability robustness long-term stability and user-friendliness Currently inductive displacement transducers acceleration sensors inclinometers temperature sensors and strain gauges are used in conjunction with universal measurement amplifier systems from the HBM Quantum X product family The electromechanical measuring capacities are to be expanded to include additional sensors and measuring amplifiers both for universal use and for use specialized in strain gauges or resistance thermometers In addition to the electromechanical measuring systems the possibility of optically recording surface deformations and strains in limited component areas should be created With the help of camera-based measuring systems and corresponding evaluation software a density of information can be generated that cannot be achieved by conventional point-based measuring systems Lot 1 Electromechanical measuring system With the help of the measuring system flexible operation of various sensors for measuring measured values should be possible The measuring system should meet the minimum technical requirements listed in the specifications as well as the requirements for flexibility compatibility mobility long-term stability and robustness Several PC computers with the Windows 11 operating system are available for installing software for recording and evaluating measurement data Lot 2 Optical measuring system The range of electromechanical measuring systems in VTE is to be expanded to include an optical measuring system for recording displacements and strains on components or structures In addition to minimum requirements regarding its metrological properties the measuring system must above all meet the high requirements for mobility and robustness Several PC computers with the Windows 11 operating system are available for installing software for recording and evaluating measurement data
