Delivery of natural gas to various delivery points of public administrations -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- There are 40 collection points with a reference consumption of approximately 3 555 000 kWh -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The subject of the award is the delivery of gas to all gas collection points of the respective client which are listed in Appendix 1 1 to the service description Due to usage the actual consumption during the delivery period may differ from the consumption determined based on the consumption data in the reference year The number of consumption devices may also vary during the contract period For further details please refer to the preliminary remarks on the gas supply contract -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- As is well known in the industry a switch from L-gas to H-gas is currently taking place in several network areas This will also partially begin in 2026 for the acceptance points listed in the tender Specific changeover dates for the affected acceptance points will be exchanged between the client and supplier once the dates are known -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The maximum value listed in the announcement applies to the lot When the maximum value is reached the framework agreement automatically ends -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- For the biogas share of 5 000 kWh a a biogas is required for which the tendering body has set the following production specifications Biogas is any gas that is obtained through anaerobic fermentation of biomass within the meaning of Sections 2 and 3 of the Ordinance on the Generation of Electricity from Biomass Biomass Ordinance - BiomassV Biogas biomethane is any biogas or other gaseous biomass that has been processed and fed into the biogas network Gas withdrawn from a gas network is considered biomethane if the amount of biomethane withdrawn corresponds in heat equivalent to the amount of gas from biomass over a balance period of one year that has been fed into the gas network elsewhere and if for the entire transport and distribution of the biomethane from its production its injection into the natural gas network and its Transport in the natural gas network until its withdrawal from the natural gas network mass balance systems have been used that meet the requirements of the Renewable Energy Sources Act and its implementing regulations To prove delivery the amount of bionatural gas purchased must be certified in accordance with the following paragraphs The origin of the bionatural gas supplied must be traceable to clearly described and identifiable sources These must be named in the declaration on the types of production attached as Annex 5 -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Within the lot a service price for natural gas delivery for the SLP acceptance points and a service price for biogas delivery were formed The additional price of biogas compared to natural gas must also be included in the service price for the delivery of biogas With regard to network use the current specifications of the respective local network operator apply -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
