Checkpoint products - Firewalls, either consisting of software with licenses for server-based firewalls or appliances - Additional products for firewalls ("blades") such as intrusion detection/intrusion prevention modules - Management components (appliances or software) for the efficient management of the firewall infrastructure - Personnel services (e.g. installation, integration and support services). If required, the contractor must be able to provide security-cleared personnel ("simple security clearance" in accordance with the North Rhine-Westphalia Security Monitoring Act, the Federal Security Clearance Act or other federal states). - Hardware maintenance, free spare parts, free spare part delivery and free repair services for installation and functional testing - Software maintenance / update subscription, security updates for download, patches for error corrections, updates to current software versions released by the manufacturer, all free of download or license costs - Support, offer of a service line for the support of the contractually agreed devices. - Taking over expiring maintenance and care contracts for existing hardware, software and licenses from various/diverse CheckPoint user center accounts from IT.NRW - 6836194
