E-learning course cross-border learning mobility Creation of a modular e-learning offer course Cross-border learning mobility service contingent for support Initial situation target group Current status International education and learning opportunities are becoming increasingly important They offer young people in particular the opportunity to further develop their skills and open up new perspectives on the European labor market However programs such as training and further education internships and voluntary services often remain unused because there is no overview of what is on offer The BA s more than 5 000 career advisors play a central role in making those seeking advice aware of learning mobility programs Due to the high complexity of the subject area constant knowledge transfer is necessary Without this career counselors lack knowledge about the possibilities and specific features of learning mobility The need for appropriate qualification offerings is high and cannot be met with the existing capacities presence and live online offerings Additional learning opportunities that are independent of time and place are required Target state An e-learning offer on the topic of cross-border learning mobility is available for the BA s career advisors on the organization s internal learning platform - the BA learning world Basic knowledge can be acquired using the learning programs regardless of time and place Goals and target group for the e-learning offer The e-learning offer is aimed at all BA career advisors in the following areas - Career advice before starting working life - including schoolchildren non-pupils trainees students - Career advice in working life - employees people returning to work - vocational rehabilitation rehab and participation - students at special schools people with disabilities health restrictions The main target group are career counselors before starting working life The following services must be provided by the contractor AN Non-optional - Creation of a modular e-learning offer Cross-border Learning mobility divided into - Work achievement 1 didactic-methodological conception in the form of a script - see chapter 4 1 list of services LV item 1 - Work performance 2 Creation of the e-learning offer course - see chapter 4 2 LV item 2 optional - Service contingent for support - see Chapter 5 LV item 3 The contract begins with the surcharge and ends after 60 months without the need for termination Services that are accessed within the contract term e g an update of the e-learning offer that has begun must also be provided after the end of the contract under the conditions of the contract Please see the service description for further details
