The Emschergenossenschaft in Germany from Europe region has released this tender for At the Bottrop site, approximately 120,000 tons of sewage sludge fuel are thermally treated annually. The sewage sludge incineration plant consists of two combustion lines with associated energy generation and flue gas cleaning. The maximum thermal output per combustion line is 9.9 MWth. Due to the high technical complexity of the plant and the continuous requirements for availability, emission control, and plant optimization, the operation of 21-ME-50 requires needs-based engineering support. Scope of tender: Engineering consulting - Technical consulting for operating personnel on all aspects of sewage sludge incineration and flue gas cleaning - Project management, planning, and support of repair, optimization, and conversion measures - Preparation and organization of necessary preliminary work - Development of technical concepts and proposed measures - Support in root cause analysis of operational disruptions and incidents - Management and coordination of external companies and suppliers - Support in plant optimization and efficiency improvements - Preparation of technical specifications for inquiries and tenders - Support in investment and budget planning - Support in approval and documentation processes. Overhaul planning and support - Project management, preparation, and support of overhaul measures - Technical coordination of repair, maintenance, and conversion measures during plant shutdowns - Management and coordination of external companies involved in the overhaul - Recording and assessment of maintenance and repair needs - Organization of preparatory work, including material and resource planning - Preparation of specifications and technical inquiries - Obtaining and evaluating bids - Review of technical documentation and overhaul records - Coordination of unplanned additional work resulting from Inspection findings – monitoring of deadlines, costs, and quality of measures – documentation of revision progress – participation in revision meetings and coordination with operations and external companies – support during functional tests, commissioning, and restart procedures – follow-up on outstanding issues and defect rectification. Duration: The maximum duration of the framework agreement is 4 years.
