The Job center Region Hannover in Germany from Europe region had released this tender for Event management The advertised framework agreement is primarily aimed at providing effective and flexible support to management in the operational implementation of events in internal and external contact The aim is to ensure a professional flexible and smooth implementation of all commissioned events as well as the organization of the associated dates The entire range of communication and event formats to be managed - from internal specialist workshops and participation formats to large public events - is covered by the framework agreement A key benefit of the framework agreement is the reduction of administrative effort on the part of the client through the one-off definition of basic agreed conditions for all future individual calls The specifications of the client s corporate design must be taken into account see CD notes The contractor AN supports the client AG in the conception planning organization and implementation of various event formats - from internal specialist workshops to larger public events with an internal and external impact The contractor also has a qualitative and quantitative advisory role as an idea provider sparring partner and technical expert The contractor maintains expertise for the services listed in the service description which can be accessed by the client as needed for each order The AG reserves the right to provide similar services itself In addition to the eligibility criteria under procurement law see declaration of suitability the contractor must demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the event and cultural landscape in the state capital of Hanover and be familiar with the special features of the public sector framework This is done via a short description of at least six major events held in the Hanover region three of which are company events 1 500 participants and two events for public companies along with references Further details are provided in the framework agreement and the service description in the tender documents Bidder communication is permitted electronically until March 6 2026 with tender notice no. 26-V-6-002 published on 17 Feb 2026.
