The tender was published by State capital Munich construction department on 19 Sep 2025 for Execution planning and implementation of a monitoring The subject of the award procedure is the planning delivery installation commissioning engineering evaluation as well as the operation and the final dismantling of monitoring systems at the BW 41 150 Plinganserstra e and BW 40 68 Bruderm hlstra e both of whom have the middle ring in Munich and are of central importance for the inner -city traffic management The buildings were built as clamping contributions in the early 1970s Due to the use of tension corrosion -prone tensioning steel there is an increased risk of wire breaks without sufficient announcement behavior To ensure traffic safety and usability up to an intended replacement building permanent building monitoring is therefore set up This is based on the combination of a sound emission analysis for the continuous recording of possible wire breaks as well as a supplementary fiber -optical sensors for evaluating crack formation and deformations in the event of abnormalities All monitoring facilities pass into the property of the building owner The services to be provided include - Creation of execution planning including measuring system architecture cable routing and installation process - Delivery installation and commissioning of the systems under ongoing traffic with work exclusively in specified night -time breaks - Implementation and documentation of functional controls to ensure measurement accuracy - Operation and maintenance of the systems over a period of 15 years including regular exams software maintenance spare parts content and disorder management - Engineering evaluation and reporting everyday reports and short -term reporting of relevant events within 72 hours for accumulations within 48 hours - Transfer of all data in standardized digital formats - Dismantling of the systems after the operation The BW 41 150 building is transferred to Plinganserstra e via the Middle Ring in the area of Heckenstallerstrasse It is a three -field clamping concrete throughout the length of around 64 m and a total width of about 36 7 m The superstructure is designed as a full plate with hollow bodies in the main field and divided into two sections of 17 9 m and 14 9 m wide The construction height varies between 0 83 and 1 03 m Special features are the storage via concrete spring on the opposite and the roller bearing replaced in the course of repair dimensions by elastoma warehouse For monitoring the installation of a total of 43 sound emission sensors 24 sensors TBW Ost 19 sensors TBW West is provided which are arranged on the underside of the superstructure plate in the edge and main fields supplemented by fiber optical sensor lines in the longitudinal direction on the surface of the superstructure of around 600 m west grooming approx The exact number and location of the sensors must be determined in the course of the execution planning by the contractor The cable routes are to be used in metal pipes Traffic areas are to be kept free in compliance with the light space profiles existing operating facilities such as alternating signs lighting or cameras must not be affected The measurement and evaluation technology is installed in the northern abutment where a maintenance passage with a power supply is available The BW 40 68 building is transferred to Bruderm hlstra e via the Middle Ring in the southern city area It is a multi-field clamping concrete structure with plate-like cross-section a total length of around 60 m a width of about 9 5 m and a constant construction height of approx 1 10 m The superstructure is slightly curved in the floor plan and stored in the middle on round supports Here too -oval clamping steel was installed so that the same risk situation as with BW 41 150 For monitoring based on the object analyzes a magnitude of 12 sound emission sensors can be expected which are to be arranged on the underside of the superstructure plate in the decisive clamping fields In addition a fiber -optical sensor with an expected fiber length of around 150 m in highly stressed areas must be provided The exact number and location of the sensors must be determined in the course of the execution planning by the contractor Cable routes are to be used in metal pipes Traffic areas are to be kept free in compliance with the light space profiles existing operating facilities such as alternating signs lighting or cameras must not be affected.
