Expert examination and creation of a renovation concept for the castroper event halls No basic renovation measures have been carried out since the buildings have been built so that a renovation backlog has been recorded over the past 50 years Only maintenance measures were taken Due to the year of construction it can be assumed that comprehensive pollutant renovation is required The task of this report is to analyze the building fabric and technology of the buildings to determine the short and medium-term renovation effort from energetic construction and building physics to design and evaluate a renovation concept With the results of the report the goal is to develop a reliable basis for the renovation planning Another goal is to determine the financial needs for this redesign and renovation of the buildings for the next few years A component of the renovation concept includes inventory and component assessment including the documentation of the thermal and in -house building quality This part is to be carried out on the basis of an on-site visit The consideration should be divided into parts of the building The existing inventory drawings of the buildings are available in the formats PDF and DWG 2D and are to be checked and updated as part of the inspection According to the fire protection concept of 12 02 2021 there are deviations from the granted building permit that require a building application The previously mentioned inventory documents must be developed in accordance with the building regulations of the city of Castrop-Rauxel for an approval and the other documents to be submitted calculations fire protection concept etc The aim of the renovation concept is to create a comprehensive state determination of the buildings and to define construction measures based on this All renovation measures are to be assessed and brought into a priority order On the basis of these results a renovation goal is formulated which forms the basis for the development of a successful renovation strategy Taking into account the latest standards and the desired climate neutrality an energy standard in accordance with KFW40 for the entire building must be striving for The buildings are classified as multi -storey meeting places in accordance with the Assembly Ordinance VSt ttvo All renovation measures must meet the requirements of the existing fire protection concept In addition it must be checked whether additional measures are required in accordance with the requirements of the fire protection concept These must be taken into account and integrated accordingly in the renovation concept In addition to the construction measures the currently installed electrical systems should also be described in detail and the necessary in-house renovation dimensions should also be analyzed In the context of this consideration it must also be checked to what extent the integration of renewable energies for electricity generation can be realized In addition sensible construction phases and renovation steps are to be defined and a realistic execution time frame should be defined Special emphasis is placed on economic planning and implementation For the necessary measures the investment costs must be determined and presented in a clear cost line -up
