The tender was published by Federal Society for Final storage mbh BGE on 08 Apr 2025 for Expert on the test monitoring in the production of transport cars The Federal Society for Final Members MBH BGE is responsible for the construction and operation of the federal government s investments to ensure and the final storage of radioactive waste Section 9a 3 ATG In this context the Konrad shaft system must be converted by the BGE as an attachment of the Financial or Fixed Radio -Active Waste with Negligible Heat Development from May 22 2022 and the enactment of May 30 2007 by the BGE in this context The ancillary determination A 1- 2 of the PFB demands that the execution planning the proposed measures for manufacturing and construction monitoring as well as the programs for acceptance and functional tests and for commissioning for certain ASK must be presented in good time before the establishment of nuclear law for the consent This applies to ASK in which there are important design requirements in terms of security and which are assigned to the quality assurance range QSB 3 in accordance with EU 344 In the future repository transport cars are used underground which are assigned to QSB 3 1 in accordance with EU 344 successor and are therefore subject to the preliminary on nuclear law In QSB 3 1 the system parts systems and components are classified which serve to limit radiation exposure or contamination of people materials and the environment by radioactive substances released by operational or that of the precaution against damage to waste containers EU 407 prescribes construction tests for the preparation for welding checking the weld seams control of the material shows the material certificates and the main dimensions by the client and an expert appointed by him The subject of this tender is the commissioning of an expert to accompany and implement these prescribed exams The assignment serves to fulfill the ancillary determination A 1-4 of the PFB Qualification requirements for the bidders The implementation of the test work must be carried out by qualified personnel that has the knowledge and experience necessary to carry out the order and ensures the necessary care in processing In the offer procedure at the latest after request by the tendering area with a curriculum vitae qualification evidence and with associated project references including perception of quality assurance tasks in production the ability to provide qualification e g as a non -destruction.
