The construction project comprises the following measures: • New construction of an extension building for the Integrated Secondary School (ISS): Gross floor area approx. 9,950 m² extension building with 6 compartment clusters, specialist classrooms for natural sciences, technology, textiles, and cooking, as well as a library and inclusion area • Extension to the existing primary school building, Sandinostraße 8, 10, 13055 Berlin. 8 (GFA approx. 250 m2, barrier-free access to the existing building GS by extension to the existing building GS) and the existing building ISS, Sandinostr. 10 (GFA approx. 250 m2, barrier-free access to the existing building ISS by extension to the existing building ISS) • Demolition of MUR (GFA approx.
