Scope of work: - Public safety radio network with TMO central radio cabinet (1 unit), base cabinets with remote units (15 units) and slotted ribbon cable network (approx. 5,500 m). - Door and intercom system as an IP-based communication system with digital intercom center for 60 users, accessible video intercom stations (approx. 38 units) and desktop intercom stations (9 units). - Emergency call system for disabled persons in restroom areas with emergency call sets (signal light, pull cord, reset button and alarm unit) for approx. 38 restrooms. - Time and attendance system with time and attendance server (1 unit) and time and attendance terminals (approx. 16 units). - Voice alarm system with IP system controllers (2 units), 4-channel power amplifiers (36 units), 12 V / 150 Ah batteries (13 units), output distributors (5 units), ceiling-mounted loudspeakers A/B (approx. 1,240 units), wall-mounted loudspeakers A/B (approx. 1,230 units), and horn loudspeakers (approx. 55 units). - Satellite system with headend (1 unit), multiswitches, switches, sub-distributors (41 units), fiber optic transceivers, access and aggregation switches, and offset parabolic antenna (1 unit) with accessories. - Fire alarm system with fire alarm control panel (1 unit), approx. 60 loops, 30-hour bridging time, approx. 680 detection groups, multi-sensor detectors (approx. 2,950 units), aspirating smoke detectors (approx. 13 units), optical signaling devices (approx. 360 units), and E30 distribution boards. - Intrusion alarm system for buildings with main control panel (1 unit), approx. 20 bus lines, approx. 500 groups, 2-way (approx. 100 units) and 4-way (approx. 450 units) input modules for connecting contacts, dual detectors (approx. 140 units), switching devices (approx. 12 units), and operating devices (approx. 12 units). - Intrusion alarm system with VS registry and separate control panel (1 unit), 4-channel input modules (approx. 8 units) for connecting contacts, dual detectors (approx. 4 units), switching device (1 unit), and operating unit (1 unit). - Panic alarm system with control panel (1 unit) and panic buttons (approx. 20 units). - Emergency exit systems with emergency exit door controls (55 units), flush-mounted emergency exit terminals (approx. 47 units), surface-mounted emergency exit terminals (approx. 5 units), and surface-mounted terminals for outdoor use (approx. 3 units). - Access control system for at least 4 clients with 8-way (approx. 55 units), 4-way (approx. 19 units), 2-way (approx. 31 units) controllers, at least 5,000 users, acoustic signal transmitters (approx. 180 units), LED signal lights (approx. 30 units), motor lock controls (approx. 80 units), electromechanical locks (approx. 350 units) and RFID cards/transponders (approx. 1,100 units). - Electronic locking system as an offline system with data-on-card function for electronically coupleable fittings (approx. 90 units), electronic locking cylinders (approx. 870 units), locking cylinders in fire/smoke protection doors (approx. 65 units), in emergency exit doors (approx. 10 units), in fire/smoke protection doors in escape routes (approx. 10 units), half cylinders (approx. 400 units).) and locking cylinders with double-sided authorization verification (approx. 65 units). - Mechanical locking system with locking cylinders (approx. 65 units) and an additional VdS-certified keyed-alike locking system for particularly secure areas with locking cylinders (approx. 445 units). - Video surveillance system as an IP-based redundant system for video cameras (approx. 143 units), consisting of indoor cameras (approx. 72 units) and outdoor cameras (approx. 71 units), as well as ring buffers with at least 60 TB each (2 units). - Personnel and baggage screening technology with baggage scanner (1 unit), body scanner (1 unit) and package scanner (1 unit). - Hazard management system as a manufacturer-neutral system with redundant central technology and approx. 14,000 data points including input and output modules.
