Fire protection officer rim dortmund 3 lots bo do bi Fire protection The Federal Employment Agency BA has decided that the task of fire protection officer will not be carried out by its own person The task should be assigned to an external service provider who has the necessary qualifications and professional experience and supports the BA s organizational units in fulfilling their tasks The contractor AN commissioned with fire protection has in particular to support and advise the Regional Infrastructure Management RIM - responsible for structural technical fire protection and the internal operations of the personnel service IDB - responsible for organizational fire protection According to Section 118 SBauVO NRW the contractor has the legal task of monitoring compliance with the approved fire protection concept and the resulting operational fire protection requirements and reporting any defects identified to the BA as the owner and operator The umbrella association of the German Statutory Accident Insurance DGUV has drawn up a catalog of criteria with the tasks of the fire protection officer in DGUV Information 205-003 The tasks of carrying out fire protection under building law are carried out by the BA itself or a subsidiary of the BA The service is provided in 3 lots The Hagen office Lot 2 is however a rental In addition to the following original tasks the fire protection officer supports the assessment of the need for action that is the responsibility of the landlord but is necessary to ensure fire protection in the property To carry out the task the contractor must have one of the following qualifications Completed training studies for advanced or higher fire service or comparable training in accordance with the relevant career regulations of the individual federal states Training for company firefighters a degree with a focus on fire protection or People who have completed a fire protection technician course from the North Rhine-Westphalia Fire Department Institute or comparable qualifications from other federal states The fire protection officer must also provide evidence of training as a fire protection officer within the meaning of point 5 of DGUV 505-003 and have extensive practical experience in carrying out these tasks For this purpose at least 3 years of professional experience as a fire protection officer or fire protection expert is expected Experience in fire protection of authorities and public buildings is desirable The contract begins with the acceptance of the contract The service will be available from February 16 2026 The term ends on February 15 2030 without the need for termination Please refer to the service description for further information
