Framework agreement for graphic design, exhibitions and communication in two lots

The Stiftung Deutsches Historisches Museum in Germany from Europe region has released this tender for The German Historical Museum Foundation (DHM) is seeking a suitable agency for its exhibition and communication graphics needs through a negotiated procedure pursuant to Section 17 of the German Procurement Ordinance (VgV). The procedure comprises two separate lots: • Lot 1: Exhibition Graphics For all temporary exhibitions shown in the Pei Building of the DHM, the development of a graphic design, the creation of all exhibition graphics (for print and digital applications), final artwork, and print supervision are required (see details in the attached description of services for Lot 1 Exhibition Graphics). • Lot 2: Communication Graphics The framework agreement for communication graphics covers the graphic design of communication and advertising media (print and online), including campaign development and management for up to three exhibitions per year. It also includes the design of program, image, and location-specific media for the DHM. The services will be awarded according to their respective professional requirements. Bidders may submit offers for one lot or for all lots. There is no limit to the number of lots a single bidder may be awarded. The submission of multiple lot bids (combination discounts) is permitted. Bidders may grant price reductions (discounts) if all lots are awarded simultaneously. These discounts must be explicitly stated in the designated field on form "Contract No. B202613006_Declaration on Lot Submission and Combination Discounts". Maximum Value of the Framework Agreement: The framework agreement is divided into lots in accordance with Section 30 of the German Procurement Ordinance (VgV).
