The State of Baden-W rttemberg represented by IT Baden-W rttemberg in Germany from Europe region had released this tender for Framework agreement for sap license consulting The subject of the framework agreement is the procurement of SAP license consulting services The contractor provides SAP license consulting services for the client both for ongoing operations and for upcoming projects and in particular with regard to SAP cloud products with different focuses and the following objectives - Transparency in the area of used and licensed SAP products - Optimization of central contracts and processes for SAP products - Ensuring compliance for the SAP products used The following order quantities are assumed per contract year Order quantity per contract year approx 75 person-days for consulting A minimum purchase is not agreed There is no obligation to purchase the estimated call quantities The call quantity may therefore be reduced The contract term begins when the contract is awarded and unless previously terminated is initially two years minimum contract term The client reserves the right to extend the contract twice by one year each optional contract periods The minimum contract term is automatically extended by another year unless the client terminates the contract three months before the end of the contract term The same applies to the second optional extension period The contract ends in any case when the maximum total order limit of EUR 450 000 00 net is reached EUR 535 500 00 gross including optional services The estimated purchase quantity can be found in Appendix 3 to the contract price sheet If the order value is increased due to an order change during the contract term in accordance with Section 132 GWB the contract ends when this new order value is reached The end of the contract does not affect the contractor s obligation to provide services in accordance with the contract for orders placed during the contract period with tender notice no.
