The client (SWR) / eligible corporations stipulate the following essential requirements for the services to be provided by the contractor: Lot 1: - Contract framework agreement for the basic term of 24 months - Delivery of services for the Checkmk product including temporary support. - Optional additional services: Extension of the framework agreement by 12 months to a total of 36 months; Extension of the framework agreement by a further 12 months to a total of 48 months; Advance payment guarantee; Services according to the requirements of the technical specifications (see contract documents and Appendix 17 – Service and Price List for Lot 1).
