In addition to the client (SWR) as the contracting party to this framework agreement, the following public broadcasting corporations named in Chapter 3.5 (Document: Procedural and Contractual Documents), as well as their subsidiaries and affiliated companies, are entitled to receive services, provided that the public broadcasting corporations hold at least 50% of the shares: • Bayerischer Rundfunk (BR) • ARD ZDF Deutschlandradio Beitragsservice • Deutsche Welle (DW) • Deutschlandradio (DR) • Hessischer Rundfunk (HR) including ARD-Sternpunkt and DRA • Norddeutscher Rundfunk (NDR) • Radio Bremen (RB) including Bremedia Produktion GmbH • Rundfunk Berlin Brandenburg (RBB) including ARD-POC • Südwestrundfunk (SWR) • Westdeutscher Rundfunk (WDR). The contractual provisions contained in this framework agreement apply equally to all entitled parties. The framework agreement is to be concluded for an initial term of 24 months with two extension options of 12 months each (maximum term of 48 months). The extension options will be exercised by the contracting authority as needed and also apply to all beneficiaries of this framework agreement. The framework agreement commences on November 16, 2026. The main services tendered through this procurement procedure are: - Conclusion of a framework agreement for the supply of standard workplace monitors in three performance classes, - Maintenance and warranty services, - A joint coordination meeting at the contracting authority's site to coordinate the start of the contract. An optional service is: - Warranty extension to 60 months. The following points are important for this project: - Technical performance characteristics of the standard workplace monitors, - Continuity and quality in the handling of warranty services, - Logistics. Only new devices (no refurbished devices) are permitted. The quantities are specified in the procedural and contractual documents, Chapter 6.4 Acceptance Quantities, and in Appendix 12, Performance and Price List.The quantities shown refer to the total duration of the framework agreement of 4 years: - Standard 24" workplace monitor including docking function and integrated webcam: Minimum quantity: 1,030 units; Planned purchase quantity: 7,950 units; Optional maximum quantity: 9,100 units - Standard 24" workplace monitor without docking function and without webcam: Minimum quantity: 3,370 units; Planned purchase quantity: 7,780 units; Optional maximum quantity: 8,900 units - Standard 34" workplace monitor including docking function and integrated webcam: Minimum quantity: 1,020 units; Planned purchase quantity: 3,370 units; Optional maximum quantity: 3,800 units with tender notice no. 671208-2026 published on 07 Oct 2026.
