A bidder can be awarded one, two, or all three lots. Contract type and duration: A separate framework agreement with a fixed term of four years will be concluded for each lot. It will be automatically extended up to two times by two years each time, unless the contracting authority terminates it in writing with six months notice prior to the end of the respective term (maximum total term: eight years). Framework agreement partners and allocation key per lot: The contracting authority will conclude the framework agreement with up to three contractors per lot. The allocation of individual contracts will be ranked according to the price ranking achieved by the respective contractor in the tendering procedure (rank 1 = most economically advantageous offer per lot): • in the case of a Framework agreement partners: 100%; • with two framework agreement partners: 70% / 30%; • with three framework agreement partners: 60% / 25% / 15%.
