Framework agreement for the supply of folding warning beacons with light module

The Logistics Center Lower Saxony State Enterprise - Hanover Branch in Germany from Europe region has released this tender for The LZN (Lower Saxony State Agency for Public Safety) is authorized as the contracting authority and sole entity entitled to place orders under this framework agreement. It will utilize services under this framework agreement to fulfill its tasks as the central service provider for the direct administration of Lower Saxony. Within this remit, the contract includes the conclusion of a framework agreement with a company (§ 21 VgV [German Procurement Ordinance]) for the delivery of folding warning beacons with light modules for all police stations in Lower Saxony, including those on the Lower Saxon islands. The individual orders (call-offs) to be concluded under this framework agreement will be placed by and on behalf of the LZN for all police stations in Lower Saxony (eligible entities). The necessary requirements for this are included in the overall requirements estimate. For each call-off, the LZN will provide the contractor with the delivery address and the contact details required for shipping and delivery, which are assigned to one of the eligible entities. By mutual agreement between the client and the contractor, the eligible recipients may be added in writing at any time during the entire term of the framework agreement with the contractor to include departments of the direct Lower Saxony state administration and other public bodies that have concluded a supply or service agreement with the LZN, provided that the underlying overall demand estimate is not exceeded. The inclusion of additional eligible recipients will not affect the maximum volume of the framework agreement specified in section 1.5. Invoicing will be done exclusively to the LZN as the client and contracting party.
