Framework agreement logistical services for the baden-w rttemberg state ministry Orders from the F nshop online home Experience has shown that the number of orders to be processed every month varies On the one hand it depends on the design of prices and the framework conditions for shipping as well as on the advertising measures of the state marketing as part of the advertising campaign The L nd On the other hand the number of orders are also significantly shaped by external influences which largely escape the area of sphere of influence of the State Ministry e g unadjusted social media postings of third parties with sudden viral attention Stickers are primarily ordered in the online shop around 97 - 98 of all ordered items are eliminated on stickers that are offered free of charge The current range includes the nice here stickers the not bathsticker round The L nd Sticker and the L nd Shape sticker as a graphic outline of the state of Baden-W rttemberg Most of the programs are therefore eliminated The remaining proportion of the items ordered 2 - 3 is no longer available from other products from the range that are sent by shipping or package Internal orders In addition to the orders from the online shop which are adopted and processed using Gambio the AN must also be handled merchandise orders which are commissioned directly by email by the state marketing department These internal orders are called internal orders below These are in particular orders from other authorities in the state of Baden-W rttemberg as well as warehouse reinforcements to the state marketing department which has a smaller stock of merchand goods directly on site in the State Ministry Here goods are regularly sold against bill For goods that are issued from the internal camp of state marketing only invoices can be generated from the AN without the goods having to be sent Since the quantities sent within the framework of internal orders depend on the merchandise bidfish of other houses e g for trade fairs events training courses courses delegation trips marketing and personnel marketing measures and in the course of the year the number of internal orders that actually arise can only be estimated roughly According to the experience of the past few years these are around 300 - 400 internal order orders per year Around 300 000 articles per year are sent as part of internal orders these are in particular classic scattering items such as stickers postcards ballpoint pen scope and lanyards streuma content approx 90 of the articles sent internally which are largely available in corresponding bundles Since larger quantities often have to be packed within one order no household quantities average approx 750 - 1000 items per internal order a different billing basis for the ordinary orders from the online shop is justified see separate price position in the list of services Since the internal orders do not enter into the Gambio shop software but are commissioned by email these must be recorded and edited from the AN Here the seam labels must be created manually by the AN on the basis of the data transmitted The State Ministry currently has various strategic considerations to expand the sales structures of The Land Articles Possibilities of analog sales options are currently being examined If these actually come to a execution they will take place as part of internal orders and are expected to increase the number of internal orders
