Framework agreement - removal of road contamination 2026 2027 The city of Aachen represented by the Aachen municipal company intends to eliminate contamination on public transport and road surfaces in the city of Aachen and on property or in the road construction load of the city of Aachen caused by paints fats fuels oils or similar substances to be awarded professionally in accordance with the existing current guidelines legal requirements and the recognized rules of technology for the year 2026 and 2027 The contractual relationship begins on January 1st 2026 and ends on December 3rd 2027 This concerns limited contamination on roads and their ancillary facilities e g side areas Green strips banquets for example in the event of accidents misfortunes or other events contaminating substances arise from vehicles and or other containers road space traffic surface or oil contamination The contaminating substances in the sense of this service description include almost all viscous substances and liquid released substances These include among other things paints fats adhesives fuels e g Petrol diesel etc w oils or similar other substances The list is not exhaustive and can can be expanded or changed at any time The city of Aachen manages an approximately 900 km long public transport network with a wide variety of options Road types with a wide variety of surface conditions e g pedestrian zones traffic-calmed ones Areas main residential and collector streets in a wide variety of asphalt concrete slabs and paving construction methods The service to be provided by the contractor consists of the immediate restoration of the hazard-free Usability of the previously contaminated areas in the client s area of responsibility and the immediate restoration of the ancillary facilities if necessary by excavating and refilling the affected contaminated areas The contractor maintains the technology required to fulfill the service Equipment materials and specialist personnel are available as required to remove the contamination This also includes the collection storage and disposal services contaminated material in accordance with legal regulations The disposal must be proven with the service invoice all required items are included in the unit prices Costs travel transport disposal and return journey from the disposal site must be taken into account unless otherwise stated The place of performance is the streets in the city of Aachen The contractor must demonstrate an operating location within the Aachen city region due to availability that is urgently required in the event of an operation This must also be verifiably stocked for the advertised services so that rapid access to the services can be provided Avoidance of traffic and accident hazards in the event of an emergency within max 60 minutes is possible For the purpose of coordination in general applications starting with the commissioning as well as During the execution on site right through to the compilation of services and billing it is mandatory to employ a German-speaking operations manager as well as German-speaking operating personnel The tendered services are carried out in unrelated individual measures The type extent and frequency cannot be predicted They arise from the respective event The quantities stated in the list of services are assumed order quantities Possible time supplements are only taken into account for the personnel employed not for equipment and machines The contractor has no right to fulfillment of the quantities and items specified in the list of services Also Significant under- or over-exceeding of the stated quantities does not justify an adjustment of the amounts specified Unit prices stated in the service list The contractor has this as well as the principle of The obligation to minimize costs and damages must be taken into account when submitting an offer and in the corresponding positions to be taken into account
