The NA in Germany from Europe region had released this tender for Framework agreement saal ads The award includes two performance classes A Saal indicator 22-24 inches hall door ads or stele in individual cases B Main display 49 inches and larger in individual cases wall hanging or stele As part of the modernization of the IT infrastructure it is necessary to switch all hall ads to Windows 11 There are currently around 316 devices in use of which only 134 devices with Windows 11 are compatible and meet the requirements for future updates These devices are still used and should be supplemented by the delivery of new devices The remaining 182 devices are not Windows 11 compatible and must be replaced at short notice Since these devices are out of date and will not support Windows 11 updates in the future an exchange is necessary to ensure a uniform safe and update-compatible system landscape The tender serves to procure new devices that meet the technical requirements of Windows 11 and future updates This includes both the renewal of existing devices and the provision of other devices for additional needs that have already been requested At the beginning of the contract term the procurement of 182 devices is therefore planned These should be supplemented by further devices as required in the further term On the one hand this includes the equipment of new session halls and on the other hand also the exchange of existing devices due to hardware defects aging and a lack of upward compatibility of the operating system in the next four years These devices should meet the same requirements as the devices to be exchanged in order to create a homogeneous and future-proof IT environment The display system is set up attached in the entrance area main display and in front of the court halls hall display The sessions appointments are displayed on the respective agendas on the respective agendas which take place in the relevant hall on day X For reasons of accessibility the viewer can zoom the font size on the touch display Speech output reading of the screen content is also possible A Windows operating system is installed on the installed PC systems of the hall displays Use on next to the meeting door In addition to the salt doors mostly wall-hanging surface-installed devices in size have proven 22-24 inches hall ads There are deviations for example in the form of a free -standing stele in some listed court buildings Area of application in the foyer In the access areas of the courthouse you will find overview screens so -called main ads in the use of justice These enable those involved and the public to maintain an initial orientation through the meetings and appointments that take place in the entire courthouse The screen diagonals currently vary between 42 and 65 inches There are wall hanging or in different shapes of a free -standing stele For infrastructural and safety-relevant reasons the ZIB has decided not to use all-one devices for the display systems in the future Instead all-in-one housing should be used which still optically form a closed unit In it display monitor and mini-PC should be installed as individually interchangeable modular components The specialist application to present the dates is a judicial software This is therefore not the subject of this tender The judiciary itself supplies the mini-PC including operating system and is also not the subject of the tender The client is adopted on site including the attachment to the wall or in the ground the client is also provided the network and power connection is also provided A maintenance agreement is not the subject of this tender with tender notice no. 25/062 published on 23 Jun 2025.
