The services to be awarded include: - Service phases 1 to 9 in accordance with Section 34 of the German Fee Structure for Architects and Engineers (HOAI), - Special services: inventory, operation of the project platform, specification of requirements and specifications, creation of service plans (cleaning plans). Service phases 1 to 3 will be commissioned upon conclusion of the contract. The remaining service phases 4 to 9 are to be commissioned in stages. There is no legal entitlement to the award of the remaining or all service phases. Implementation period: - Planning commences immediately after commissioning. - Planned start of construction: Spring 2028. - Planned completion of construction: Summer 2029.
