General planning services for the historically appropriate partial renovation of the GAT area in the former Tempelhof Airport

It lies between the landside of the airport and the gates on the covered apron, the so-called transit corridor in building section A1. The planning area (gross floor area: 959 sq m) encompasses the building volume of the single-story GAT extension between stair towers 5 and 6, as well as the area between the outdoor spaces in front of the entrance and the partition wall to the transit corridor in building A1. The planning contract will be awarded in stages and covers service phases 1 to 8 for the basic services of all relevant planning aspects of the described services in accordance with the German Fee Structure for Architects and Engineers (HOAI).
