Hessian state parliament renovation of the city palace 2nd ba planning performance scenography visitor center As part of the comprehensive renovation measures of the listed Wiesbaden city palace the Hessian state parliament took the decision to build up and set up a visitor center in the historical premises which are still being renovated there to inform interested citizens about the way of working the tasks the buildings and the history of the Hessian Parliament Furthermore the importance of democracy and its development in Hesse should also be presented and conveyed in an attractive way In the run -up to this tender an expert commission has already developed an idea sketch and recommendations for the exhibition and its content in the intended premises as a temporal narrative strand of the different eras The LBIH also created a structural feasibility study It is planned that historical furniture is largely back to the castle after preliminary examinations and restoration work The subject of the tender is the development of an exhibition concept for the presentation of the aforementioned topics and content for the visitor center of the Wiesbaden City Palace In addition to the design and planning concept design execution planning and interface declaration on the existing specialist planning team this also includes the preparation and support of the necessary tenders from construction and delivery services as well as the construction monitoring of the subject-related trades that are necessary for implementation Exhibition didactic subject areas should be taken into account and must be coordinated with the client and user The aim of the planned exhibition is to give guests an insight into the history of the castle and its different users through a low -threshold offer All of this should also impart a new perspective on parliamentary democracy and its historical and current development in Hesse to visitors The latter should also be used by using modern media and exhibition technology for example with the help of an audio guide with a virtual person or an avatar and multimedia projections The exhibition design to be planned also includes the staging and presentation of historical furniture and objects as well as rooms The exhibition area amounts to approx 2 400 m and comprises the historical premises in the high parterre and 1 floor of the east and west wing as well as the diagonal building and the carriage bypass of the city palace These are planning services in the historical environment and with age -typical pollutants can be expected _________ Continuation of the description For this purpose a creative and reliable planning office office community is sought in a negotiation procedure with a competition competition and a solution proposal which in the years 2026-2032 provides the necessary planning services of the service phases 1-7 based on HOAS 2 and special services The procedure is aimed at qualified offices or working groups with demonstrable experience in the areas of scenography exhibition and interior design ideally also experience in the field of museum education museum dramaturgy media design graphic design as well as with project experience in the listed context In the first phase of the negotiating procedure the applicant planning offices office communities have their suitability with the help of three reference projects from the field of exhibition design The best bidders at least 3 max 5 are given access to the offer phase of the negotiation procedure in which a solution proposal for the exhibition design Further plan documents are transmitted to the approved offices with a request for submission In the subsequent negotiating discussion the solutions are presented together with the presentation of the evaluation commission to be prepared for this For the development of the solution proposal including presentation the approved offices are paid for an allowance of 5 000 gross The evaluation is carried out in phases according to the respective scores
