The tender was published by Federal Employment Agency BA represented by the board represented here by the management of the purchasing division in the BA service house on 26 Dec 2025 for Hlds 2026 The subject of this tender is the purchase of 2 new or new manufactured continuous printing systems inkjet-based B W printing uniform model series and identical processing speeds of up to approx 2 000 print pages min in duplex operation with the the performance features mentioned in the list of services see LV item 1 1 the delivery and operational installation of the continuous printing systems at BA in Nuremberg commissioning Hunkeler with any necessary adjustments to the existing roll unwinding rewinding modules HUNKELER UW8 or HUNKELER RW8 costs incurred must be taken into account in LV item 1 1 the instruction of the operating personnel in the new systems see LV item 2 1 Claims from defects service concept for a period of 7 years from commissioning the delivery of spare wear parts required for the operation of the continuous printing systems as part of the user charge billing or flat-rate maintenance fee An estimated annual printing volume of a total of 700 million printed pages can be assumed DIN A4 almost exclusively duplex printing the delivery of black ink including any necessary additives such as B cleaning fluid and or finisher but no paper the costs must be taken into account as part of the user charge billing The average level of darkness of the documents is 3 variation - 10 The best possible print quality or a corresponding ink application at the highest performance printing speed is required optional use of paid services to restore the printing systems outside the regular service period Monday - Friday 6 00 p m - 8 00 a m Saturday Sunday and public holidays 12 00 a m - midnight Establishment of a free consignment warehouse with storage of the most common spare wear parts at the BA in Nuremberg Collection and recycling of the continuous printing systems previously used costs must be taken into account in the offer price of the new printing systems Free return and disposal of empty ink containers or any other empty cartridges or replacement and wear parts that are no longer functional during the entire contract period The contract begins with the surcharge and ends after 84 months without the need for termination Services that are accessed within the contract term must also be provided after the end of the contract under the conditions of the contract For more information please see the service description.
