The Real Estate Bremen - Municipal Enterprise of the City of Bremen in Germany from Europe region has released this tender for The aim of this tender is to find a suitable contractor for the interior cleaning of four schools. This includes the professional interior cleaning of the room groups listed in the respective room schedules, as well as the necessary maintenance and preservation measures. The total floor areas to be cleaned annually are 946,696.08 m² (Oberschule an der Helgolander Straße), 901,086.96 m² (Marie-Curie-Schule), 769,884.60 m² (Schule Oberneuland), and 600,528.43 m² (Kippenberg-Gymnasium). Site visits will take place on October 12, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. (secondary school on Helgolander Straße), on October 13, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. (Oberneuland school), on October 13, 2026 at 11:30 a.m. (Marie-Curie-School), and on October 14, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. (Kippenberg-Gymnasium). Attendance at the site visits is mandatory; failure to attend will result in exclusion from the tendering process for the respective lot. For example, if you only attend the site visit on October 12, 2026, bids for lots 2, 3, and 4 will be excluded from the evaluation, and only the bid for lot 1 will be considered.
