Providing ongoing maintenance services from the manufacturer Nutanix for the above-mentioned software components (manufacturer support) as well as fulfilling reporting and governance obligations in connection with software maintenance.
(3)
Support and advice for KfW on the installation of the software, on adjustments to the software through configuration, on the question of how the software can be used more optimally according to the needs of KfW through performance and process optimization, as well as on professional and technical topics in connection with the use and operation of the software. In addition, at the request of KfW, the contractor provides technology-related consulting and support services from the manufacturer Nutanix.
(4)
Only at the request of KfW will the contractor, in addition to the software components specified in point (1), also obtain temporary usage licenses for the following additional product from the manufacturer Nutanix:
• NAI Nutanix Enterprise AI (SW-NAI-PRO-PR)
KfW will commission the procurement of usage licenses for the additional product if and to the extent that departments within the KfW Group decide to use AI-based solutions in their business area in the future. If KfW requests the procurement of the additional product, the contractor must also provide the relevant operating and user manuals for the additional product, provide manufacturer support and provide support and advice to the extent required.
The contractor owes the aforementioned services both for the manufacturer's technology explicitly listed in the list of services and for successor technologies developed by the manufacturer.
The procurement initially takes place for a period of 5 years, with a certain basic requirement being bindingly accepted. Thereafter, the order is tacitly extended by a further year for an indefinite period of time, unless the contractor or KfW terminates the order within the respective period specified in the contractual conditions.

Tender Description
KfW requires the following services:
(1)
Successive procurement of time-limited usage licenses for the following software components from the manufacturer Nutanix Netherlands B.V., Mercuriusplein 1, 2132 HA Hoofddorp, The Netherlands, during the term of the order according to the needs communicated to KfW:

• NCI Nutanix Cloud Infrastructure (SW-NCI-STR-PR), as well
• NCI Nutanix Cloud Infrastructure (SW-NCI-PRO-PR), as well
• NCM Nutanix Cloud Manager. (SW-NCM-STR-PR).
The contractor also provides KfW with access to the manufacturer's product documentation - in particular operating and user manuals.

Providing ongoing maintenance services from the manufacturer Nutanix for the above-mentioned software components (manufacturer support) as well as fulfilling reporting and governance obligations in connection with software maintenance.
(3)
Support and advice for KfW on the installation of the software, on adjustments to the software through configuration, on the question of how the software can be used more optimally according to the needs of KfW through performance and process optimization, as well as on professional and technical topics in connection with the use and operation of the software. In addition, at the request of KfW, the contractor provides technology-related consulting and support services from the manufacturer Nutanix.

Only at the request of KfW will the contractor, in addition to the software components specified in point (1), also obtain temporary usage licenses for the following additional product from the manufacturer Nutanix:
