The tender was published by Marzahn-Hellersdorf district office in Berlin on 06 Nov 2025 for Kgr 410 wastewater water and gas systems The existing buildings are two identical MUR small schools mobile teaching units These are assigned to the Konrad Wachsmann School Both MUR buildings were built as three-story buildings with no basement between 1993 and 1995 The approximate dimensions of the H-shaped floor plans are each approx 27 34 x 23 42 m The construction was carried out using prefabricated construction consisting of wall panels and ceiling panels in large panel construction The MUR buildings are accessible via the west facades The main entrance takes you directly to the respective stairwell The stairwell accesses the ground floor the 1st floor and the 2nd floor OG The rooms on each level are accessed via large corridors The surrounding walls of the stairwells and the flights of stairs are solid All existing drinking cold warm circulation as well as dirty water pipes and sanitary objects in the components to be renovated will be dismantled Drainage takes place in the separation system An external rain drainage system will be installed on site The interface to the SAN civil engineering trade is the connection to the underground pipes standpipe The existing internal RW drainage system will be completely dismantled and an external RW drainage system will be installed on site All dirty water pipes will be laid according to the location of the new furnishings For this purpose the underground wastewater lifting system for building part No 11 must be renewed and the SW underground pipes below the floor slab must be upgraded with inliners In the outdoor area the dirty water underground pipes will be replaced with inspection cleaning shafts up to the Berlin Wasserbetriebe house box transfer shaft The RW house connection and transfer shaft remains intact even after the infiltration system has been constructed and is used as a throttle inlet The sanitary equipment is carried out in accordance with the Guidelines for the renovation of schools and in accordance with the standards of public building or the client s specifications A DIN DVGW-tested stainless steel pipe system with press fittings is used for the irrigation pipes The TW connection is made to the respective existing earth lines in the HA rooms in MUR 11 and 13 The supply comes from the central TW-HA in the main school building On the ground floor the further laying of the pipe installations takes place at the height of the standard openings and the existing routes The social rooms will have suspended ceilings in accordance with the architect s plans New toilet rooms will be built for students and staff A new teaching kitchen is also being built in MUR 11 An outdoor tap point for the outdoor area is planned at the MUR 11 building in the school garden area or in the teaching kitchen building Otherwise the removal takes place from the floor-flush technical rooms with external access A teaching kitchen will be built on the ground floor of House 11 Four teaching routes are planned for this purpose Drinking water is supplied from the sanitary rooms across the corridor to the tap points For drainage a wastewater network is set up for the teaching kitchen which leads through the outer wall to the outside via the strip foundations and is connected to the SW underground pipe The building design is clad on the building side Due to the status of teaching kitchen and the resulting equipment a grease separator is not required All cables are 100 insulated in accordance with the requirements of the Building Energy Act GEG Aluminum-clad mineral wool is used In the visible area with additional PE coating When crossing fire compartment boundaries the pipes are partitioned according to MLAR with appropriate qualification All pressure tests must be carried out without water.
