Los 1 ot the mood Planning establishing and operating a gigabit network in the profitability gap model of all advertised addresses based on the Gigabit-RL 2 0 The subject of this selection process is the contract of a service for the planning establishment and operation of a gigabit network in the profitability gap model according to section 3 1 of Gigabit-RL 2 0 The aim of this measure is the gigabit supply of the expansion areas with gigabit-capable broadband connections with data transfer rates of at least 1 GBIT s symmetrically at peak load conditions for all end users of the advertised addresses in the expansion area whereby the up and download rate must at least double The expansion area of the loose results from B performance description and their systems in particular the maps to the expansion area B1 B1 1 to B1 2 and the address lists B2 1 and B2 2 reference is made to the explanations of the supplementary documents of this selection process see listing in A-all-way conditions paragraph 4 According to this the following applies in particular a Technology neutrality The client makes it clear that this selection process of the gigabit network to be established and operated with bandwidths of at least 1 GBIT s symmetrically at top load period 5 Para 7 Gigabit-RR 2 0 takes place consequently the designation selected here such as Gigabit network the designation of the network levels etc the presentation of the network structure and definition of the material concept 5 0 2 Section 5 f b Construction and operation of a network for gigabit supply Promotion of the Gigabit-RL 2 0 is the support of an effective and technology-neutral gigabita building to achieve an ecologically sustainable safe and high-performance gigabit network in under-sufficient areas The survivor has to plan build and operate a gigabit network in the expansion area with the defined minimum band widths on top load conditions This includes the required passive network infrastructure e g civil engineering empty pipes with cables and associated components including shafts distributors house connections and network closing devices as well as active technology for network operation Assuming the consent of the property owners the constructive construction of line-bound gigabit networks refers to all power supplies including the network closing in the building of each advertised address c Funding law requirements The gigabit network direction and its operation must all contents and requirements of the GI-Gabit-RR 2 0 the Gigabit-RL 2 0 the decision on a provisional amount as well as its associated side provisions BNBest gigabit material concept and requirements for the dimensioning of passive infrastructure etc take into account The applicable legal bases in the Legal Legal Legal Legal Legal Legal A2 are also referred to
