The tender was published by Karlsruhe District Office on 13 Oct 2025 for Lot 1 bad herrenalb The town of Bad Herrenalb is located in the Calw district and currently has around 8 200 inhabitants Bad Herrenalb is taking part in the Broadband Expansion District of Karlsruhe project and has already made investments in broadband infrastructure There are FTTB H structural plans for the expansion area The transfer was partly carried out exclusively with our own financial resources and partly also with support from funding from the state of Baden-W rttemberg via the state funding program administrative regulations of the Ministry for Rural Areas and Consumer Protection on broadband funding Federal funding was applied for and approved for this expansion area ref 832 6 10-22 01BW21269 Funding from the state for co-financing was also applied for and approved Az 7-8433 5 157-872075894 The aim of this tender is to commission qualified companies hereinafter referred to as contractors with the described expansion in accordance with the attached partial functional service description The expansion and the coordination services to be provided by the contractor up to and including the implementation planning should be carried out in close coordination with the municipality hereinafter referred to as the client and with the BLK The construction work tendered here expands the existing municipal fiber optic infrastructure to include a continuous and functional fiber optic network for all residential and commercial buildings to be connected in the specified expansion areas Once the order has been placed the expansion should take place within the specified schedule The client wants construction to begin as quickly as possible after the order has been placed The subject of the tender includes - Preparation of all necessary planning e g approval and implementation planning including all necessary preparatory work for laying micropipe assemblies based on the structural plan - Laying of micropipe associations including all necessary civil engineering work - Production of the house branches from the micro pipe groups and laying of the individual pipes to the buildings including building entry in the expansion area - Delivery and installation of fiber optic distribution housings as well as the introduction of cables and pipes - House connection management including obtaining the property usage agreement GNV - Delivery and installation of fiber optic terminations APL in the buildings Reference is made in full to the statements in the attached partial functional service description The project is funded as follows although currently there are only notifications of the granting of a provisional grant to the extent specified in the appendix of the grant notifications Final notices can only be applied for once the planning services required for the so-called specification applications have been provided by the winning bidder and the result of the tender is available - Guideline Funding to support the gigabit expansion of telecommunications networks in the Federal Republic of Germany Announcement from the Federal Ministry for Digital and Transport in the version specified in the relevant funding notification under section 4 1 - Administrative regulation of the Ministry of the Interior on the co-financing of the federal directive Funding to support the gigabit expansion of telecommunications networks in the Federal Republic of Germany VwV Gigabit co-financing in the version specified in the respective funding notification The subsequent contractor must comply with all requirements of the funding notices on which the project is based including additional provisions notes requirements information sheets and appendices as well as the relevant funding programs.
