Lot 1 building cleaning Execution of maintenance and basic cleaning work as well as needs-based special cleaning work for sports facilities in the Steglitz-Zehlendorf district of Berlin The maintenance cleaning services include floor cleaning surface cleaning of the district s own inventory sanitary cleaning as well as the supply of consumables glass cleaning partially and waste disposal Within the first full month of the contract a cleaning plan must be drawn up for each object in consultation with the client and the sports field hall attendants as work instructions for the operational cleaning staff The exact frequency of cleaning work in the respective room groups can be found in the list of services Unless specifically requested no maintenance cleaning will take place during the first two weeks of the summer holidays during the Christmas holidays on days without lessons and on holidays without lessons - in accordance with the state of Berlin s school holiday calendar in its current version Basic cleaning includes the intensive in-depth cleaning and care of all relevant areas and facilities at the sports facility which goes beyond regular maintenance cleaning and must be carried out once a year The basic cleaning to be carried out must be carried out in accordance with the rules of the building cleaning trade and the Recommendations for basic cleaning and coating of floor coverings GGGR data sheet GB 01 from the RAL Quality Association for Building Cleaning e V Special cleaning includes cleaning work that goes beyond the regular cleaning tasks to be carried out on a regular basis and is required when circumstances or special occasions arise e g after large events or competitions in the sports facilities that are not covered in the normal cleaning schedule Special cleaning is ordered separately in writing by the client in particular by the sports office When it comes to the cleaning methods to be used the spread of dirt must be prevented by adhering to the four-color system that has been tried and tested in the building cleaning trade Each cleaning area will have its own color which all buckets rags and wipes must be in The color scheme listed below should be used The work equipment and procedures used must correspond to the recognized standards of the German building cleaning trade The care and value preservation of the objects to be cleaned must be guaranteed The contractor provides all the work equipment required for the cleaning work machines and equipment as well as cleaning and care materials garbage bags disinfectants and protective work clothing Cleaning agents must be used that meet the environmental criteria of the EU Blue Angel eco-label or EU Ecolabel in the currently valid version The contractor will endeavor to use blind goods as work equipment wherever possible from recognized workshops for the blind Basic and maintenance cleaning of the floors is possible through the use of Suitable care products and emulsions must be carried out in such a way that appropriate sure-footedness is always guaranteed in all cleaning areas in accordance with the relevant standards and in the currently applicable version Lot 1 includes the following sports facilities Schildhornstra e sports field Kreuznacher Str 29-45 14197 Berlin-Steglitz Sochos sports facility Lessingstr 6-8 12169 Berlin-Steglitz Kiriat Bialik Sports Complex Wedellstr 57 12249 Berlin-Lankwitz Sports facility-Malteserstra e Malteserstr 53 12247 Berlin-Lankwitz Sports facility-M hlenstrasse M hlenstr 70 12247 Berlin-Lankwitz Sportplatz-Gallwitzallee Gallwitzallee 136 - 144 12249 Berlin-Lankwitz Sports field Stadium Lichterfelde Ostpreu endamm 3-17 12207 Berlin-Lichterfelde Carl Schumann sports facility OsdorferStr 52 12207 Berlin-Lichterfelde Sports facility Lippst dter Stra e Lippst dter Str 5 12207 Berlin-Lichterfelde
